A lovely and very charming directoire chest in the Louis XVI taste by Kindel Furniture. The piece features reeded column-form corners, flanked by fluted bronze mounts, seven dovetailed drawers, brass hardware, raised on tapering bulbous legs ending in toupie feet. A desirable lightly distressed finish, and a beautiful natural wood grain. Centre drawer comes with key, and does have working lock.
